Social Media Marketing Manager

Evergreen Collective Co. is a DTC Ecommerce Growth Marketing Agency.

We develop and implement digital strategies across multiple Ecommerce Brands, from doing Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok Ads to creating awesome Shopify Web Stores.

We are rapidly growing our client base and with that comes other responsibilities, one of which is a better Social Media presence! That's where you come in!

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager to help us with the duties below.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be managing Evergreen's internal Social Media Channels (mainly Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin);
• Have a very clear understanding of the e-commerce market, which topics are the most important to address, and build a content strategy around it;
• Planning and executing a quarterly content calendar;
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of the content posted;
• Develop content and copy creation for social media;
• Focus on meeting KPIs for the brand and its social media presence.

Who will you work with?

• You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and create a content strategy that drives sales performance.

To be the perfect candidate you should be a master at:

• Managing monthly content calendar and daily monitoring and interaction with fans and other businesses;
• Identify trends and topics that can lead to new content;
• Be able to closely monitor competitors to provide benchmark reports and insights;
• Outstanding written communication and copy creation experience for social media;
• Experience in analyzing campaigns, looking at numbers and understanding what to do next;
• An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority;
• Be curious, creative and self-taught;

• Agency experience: Previous agency work experience is a plus.
• Design knowledge: You don't need anything fancy, if you know how to work with Figma that's great!
• Ad Campaign Management Knowledge: If you know how to manage Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat or Google Ads that's a big plus!

• This is a Remote Freelance position, with an above-average payout and the possibility of integration into the full-time team.
• Apart from your normal compensation for your work, you'll have a bonus compensation plan for each new client your strategies bring into the agency (in the range of $200-$500 per client)
